My name is Palingwende Zango, and I was born and raised in Burkina Faso, where I learned the values of resilience, hard work, and community. Those experiences shaped my belief that people do not simply need assistance—they need opportunities to build better futures.

In 2013, I moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities. Like many immigrants, I worked hard to build a new life while adapting to a different culture and environment. Through determination and continuous learning, I established a career in industrial maintenance and reliability.

Even while building my career in the United States, I remained deeply connected to Burkina Faso. I began helping families and entrepreneurs purchase vehicles and goods from the United States, strengthening relationships with people back home and gaining a deeper understanding of the opportunities they were seeking.

Those experiences inspired me to establish Kindness for Humanity.

I founded this organization because I believe sustainable change comes from investing in people—not creating dependency. By working alongside communities, supporting local leadership, and creating opportunities through agriculture, education, workforce development, and partnerships, we can help families build stronger futures with dignity.

Although our work begins in Burkina Faso, our vision extends beyond borders. We hope to build an organization that demonstrates how partnership, integrity, and opportunity can transform communities for generations to come.
